local delivery faq

where do you deliver? we currently deliver within a 25km radius of downtown Stratford, Ontario. if you’re unsure whether you're in range, just reach out and ask!

when do you do deliveries? deliveries are available Wednesday through Friday, 5-8pm and weekends 9am-8pm. we’ll confirm the best day and time for you when you place your order.

how do i schedule my delivery? once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. it's as easy as replying to this email with your preferred delivery window(s)! don't hesitate to contact us if you didn't see a confirmation email.

is there a delivery fee? delivery is free for all orders over $25! 🥳 for orders under $25, there’s a flat $5 delivery fee anywhere in our delivery area. you'll see and pay for delivery costs at checkout if any apply to your order.

can i request same-day delivery? sometimes! we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but same-day isn't guaranteed. the more notice, the better! contact us at makeitamixie@gmail.com for urgent orders. 

can you ship to me? we currently do not ship - yet! if you have a bulk request and live in Canada, send us an inquiry at makeitamixie@gmail.com to discuss your options!
